Humidex installations and service new jersey

HUMIDEX helps create a continuous air exchange within the home, preventing stale, moist air from stagnating, while improving the overall indoor air quality.

The unique, patented Humidex moisture control and ventilation unit will:

  • EXPEL moisture, gases, toxins, and pollutants
  • REPLENISH the polluted, damp air with healthy, dry air
  • VENTILATE the entire house, drying out the structure

Unlike a conventional dehumidifier which does not exchange the air, ventilate the basement and is costly to operate, Humidex will provide a healthier, drier and more comfortable home at a fraction of the cost.

The quiet, yet powerful Humidex system draws in moist, contaminated indoor pollutants, and expels them safely from the home. This unhealthy air is then replaced with a flow of drier, fresher air drawn downward from the upper levels. Replenishment air comes from the outdoors and enters the home naturally via windows, doors, and other openings. In essence, Humidex not only provides the home with much needed healthier outdoor air, it creates crucial ventilation within the home which inhibits the growth of molds and reduces moisture related problems.

How HUMIDEX Works

Due to a number of factors, ranging from building code requirements to efforts at energy conservation, many of today's homes are sealed tight, trapping in moister and dangerous pollutants. Left untreated these homes are vulnerable to structural damage, and are virtual breeding grounds for harmful molds.

HUMIDEX is a patented, state-of-the-art unit, that provides year round moister control and improved indoor air quality. It is engineered to expel moisture laden air that stagnates due to poor circulation. Cool, moist air will gravitate to the lowest point. A quiet, powerful fan in the unit draws the moist air in through the bottom vents, and then expels it out of the house through a 6" duct. The expelled air is replaced with a flow of air drawn downward from the upper levels.

Once the contaminated air is expelled from the home it is replaced with a flow of drier and fresher air. This cleaner, fresher outdoor air is drawn downward from the upper levels where it enters the home naturally.
